Proposed amendment to 134-318.1 (d) has been reworded to better describe that provisional permit will be issued when it is demonstrated that proposed off premise outdoor advertising sign (to be upgraded to electronic) is compliant with provisions of the section relating to electronic signs.

Proposed amendment to 134-318.1 (f) (4) has been reworded to specify that any electronic off premise outdoor advertising sign be located within 1,000 feet of another electronic off premise outdoor advertising sign facing the same direction.

Cobb County staff and the Community Review Committee wrote a white paper during the development of the proposed amendments. Staff and the committee are submitting it to the Board of Commissioners for consideration as part of the record.
