Georgia House Representative Elena Parent hosted a forum on the potential incorporation of Brookhaven. The forum included what government structure, tax rates and the cost benefit analysis of forming a new city. The meeting ran from 7:00 – 9:00 pm at the Lupton Auditorium at Oglethorpe University on June 29th.
