At its October 6th work session, the City Council discussed several text amendments that would amend, update and consolidate Articles 13, 16 & 17 related to administration, enforcement and penalties and legal provisions. The goal is to unify these articles into Article 1- Short Title and Purpose District Uses and Regulations, to administer, enforce and implement the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
