DeKalb County is in the process of rewriting its zoning ordinance. Pond & Co. has been hired as a consultant to manage the rewrite with Sycamore Consulting contributing in the outreach efforts. As part of the initial process, the County will be holding a series of workshops where the development community can contribute ideas. The first workshop will be held on January 15th from 2:00-5:00 PM in the Planning and Development Department Conference Room A.
