The Planning, Economic Development and Public Works Committee resumed its review of the draft ordinance on September 21st. It has two more chapters to review but one of those chapters contains the supplemental regulations for various uses, such as adult entertainment, check cashing, etc so it may take some time. The PEP Committee will resume scheduling weekly meetings to review the ordinance and hope to be finished by the end of the year. The revisions will be sent back to the Planning Department for incorporation into the text and then will be presented back to the committee for additional review. It should be ready to be presented to the rest of the Board once this is accomplished.
