Commissioner Shirley Lasseter was re-elected vice chair of the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners on January 4th. Lasseter has served on the board since 2008. She has served as chair of the Gwinnett BOD since Charles Bannister’s resignation last year. She will continue to chair the board until the March 15th special election to replace the vacant position.
