The City of Johns Creek has been enforcing both the Subdivision and Development Regulations that were adopted from Fulton County. Many sections in these existing regulations do not provide sufficient detail as a basis for proper enforcement of development procedures, policies, and design/construction standards. City staff has drafted a set of unified development regulations for the City Council to review at June 8th work session. Adoption and implementation of this comprehensive set of development regulations, that include both existing regulations and new sections, will create a consolidated document containing all land development rules and will facilitate compliance and enforcement of City regulations.
