At its May 22nd meeting, the Board of Commissioners adopted a number of amendments to the UDO. The amendments included adoption of the State’s model Conservation Subdivision Ordinance; the requirement that all units in a multi-family development must be equipped with fire sprinklers; and the requirement that all stormwater management plans must be stamped and signed by a Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Landscape Architect (RLA).
