Cobb County updated the Undeveloped/Underdeveloped Land Inventory as of April 1, 2011. The percentage of un/underdeveloped land remains practically unchanged with the exception of an increase in total disturbed acreage from 29.6 acres during the final quarter of 2010 to 93.3 acres during the first quarter of 2011. Commission District 1 showed the highest amount of disturbed undeveloped land at 63 acres followed by District 4 at 20 acres. District 3 had approximately 10 acres of disturbed land while district 2 showed no changes. The Cobb Planning Division will continue to monitor Cobb’s un/underdeveloped lands on a quarterly basis with the next update expected during July 2011.
