On December 11th, the BOC met at its regular meeting and voted unanimously to adopt the proposed Tree Ordinance Revisions, which have been under consideration for the last year. Over the last year, the Council worked extensively with the TAC to resolve numerous concerns related to the proposed changes. The new revisions will be effective immediately. Copies of the adopted revisions will be made available soon. Below is a draft copy, which was proposed to the BOC:
