The Transit Governance Task Force will entertain public comments at their meeting next Friday, December 9th. The meeting starts at 1:00 PM in room 606 of the Coverdell Legislative Office Building at 18 Capitol Square SW, Atlanta, GA, 30334.
The Transit Governance Task Force was created by Governor Nathan Deal to create legislation that will create a single entity that will govern metro Atlanta transit. House Transportation Committee Vice Chairwoman Donna Sheldon and Senate Transportation Committee Chairman Jeff Mullis are the co-chairs of the Task Force.
