Tad Leithead, a member of the Council for Quality Growth Board of Directors, has been re-elected as Chairman of the Atlanta Regional Commission. This will be his second term as chairman. Tad is also the chairman of the Cumberland Improvement District. Under Tad, the Atlanta Regional Commission served as a vital resource and host to the Atlanta Regional Roundtable group that developed the $6.14 billion transportation project list to be voted on July 31, 2012.
