On Monday, June 4th, the Sugar Hill City Council met for the second time to discuss a proposed Senior Housing Residential Zoning District. The City proposes to include Senior Housing as a sub-category under its existing PUD Zoning District. The item is expected to receive a public hearing at the City Council’s next regular meeting in July.
