On May 20, 2021 the Council for Quality Growth, in conjunction with Henry County and the Henry County Chamber of Commerce, hosted the annual State of Henry County Address. The 2021 event was hybrid-style with the in-person side of the event hosted in the Tara Ballroom at Atlanta Motor Speedway. Chairwoman Carlotta Harrell presented in the sold-out ballroom in her inaugural address touching on successes from response to the pandemic, upcoming projects in the county, and her vision for a united Henry County.
