| CQG 4th Annual CID Recognition Program |
Community Improvement Districts (CIDs) have become true loci of influence in facilitating change and development within the Metro Atlanta region. Since the Cumberland CID was established in 1988, 16 CIDs have been formed in the Metro Region, with discussions brewing about the creation of additional CIDs in the future. These unique organizations leverage private dollars to meet public and private needs in an efficient and effective manner.
The Council for Quality Growth is proud to both work alongside and support CIDs as they continue to growth and improvements in our community. As part of this commitment, each year we host a CID Recognition Program to educate the public about CIDs and to show our public appreciation for the CID staff and board members.
