On July 5th, Mayor and City Council approved the Tree Preservation Administrative Guidelines (City Code amendment) and an update to the current Floodplain Management/Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance, which brings the ordinance into compliance with the State’s Model Floodplain Ordinance. On July 18th, Council approved an Apartment Inspection Ordinance. On August 1st, Mayor and Council approved an ordinance prohibiting flag lots.
