The Regional Roundtable met on January 13th. Mayor Kasim Reed was appointed to the five-member executive committee. The executive committee decides the list of transportation projects for the entire 21-member roundtable to vote on in October. Funding for this list of projects will be decided by voters during the 2012 primary. The addition of Reed will give Atlanta and Fulton County a voice on the executive panel. The roundtable also elected Norcross Mayor Bucky Johnson chairman of the roundtable and non-voting chairman of the executive committee.
