The Water Resource Department of Gwinnett County has proposed a “no steel storm pipe” policy on all new construction. This announcement was made by Steve Leo at the Gwinnett Development Advisory Committee on February 16th. The policy is planned to take effect in March. This action has been attempted in the past and the Council is actively working with Gwinnett County to clarify this issue.
