On August 28th, the Forsyth County Planning commission held a public hearing on the proposed UDC change revisions which resulted from a series of hearings held in June and July ’07 by both the Planning Commission and the Board of Commissioners. The Council presented numerous concerns to the Planning Commission regarding the recommended changes. The Planning Commission voted to send all but the Chapter 8 revisions on to the BOC for hearing and consideration. Below are copies of the proposed changes and the Council’s Comments.
