At its August 7th work session, the City Council heard requests from staff to establishing fees for commercial plan reviews. Currently the city does not collect fees for such reviews. The matters will likely be discussed at the Council next regular session on August 21st. In the meantime, staff has been charged to establish a development review committee to evaluate the matter and the Council has volunteered to serve on the committee.
