On September 8th, the City Council voted unanimously to approve a measure creating a Redevelopment Agency for TADs and held a public hearing for the Buford Highway TAD #1 Redevelopment Plan on October 6th. The TAD resolution will be discussed by the City Council on October 13th and a vote is expected on November 3rd. The goal is to have the TAD effective December 31st.
