The BOC unanimously adopted a new overlay district for the Peachtree Parkway area at its February 1st regular meeting. The ordinance affects the entire length of SR141/ Peachtree Parkway from GA 400 South to the Forsyth/ Fulton County line. It is designated linearly 1000 feet from the centerline of Peachtree Parkway on both sides of the roadway. The overlay establishes a variety of new development regulations for the area including design guidelines and prohibitions on certain land uses.
