The Kennesaw city council unanimously approved an ordinance by a vote of 5-0 that will make it easier for developers to build. The ordinance allows developers to get a letter of credit showing they have the funds available for infrastructure improvements instead of having to obtain a bond. The ordinance will make it easier for developers to obtain financing for local projects. You can read the ordinance here.
