Magnuson Rejects Florida Arguments

On July 21st Senior U.S. District Judge Paul Magnuson rejected arguments by Florida in the tri-state water dispute to allow the Endangered Species Act to be used to dictate water flow into the Apalachicola River.  This action is praised by Governor Sonny Perdue.  To read AJC articles click HERE and HERE.   You can read the ruling below.
