On Tuesday, the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners approved a plan to redevelop Lions Club Park in Lilburn. The plan consists of a five-field baseball and softball complex complete with batting cages and concession buildings, and also a 1.1 mile running trail. The redevelopment will cost $5.3 million and construction will begin this June.
