The City of Lilburn has been working on several Zoning Ordinance text amendments including revisions to off-street parking and loading, use provision (overlay districts, mixed-use districts, single-family residential districts, temporary uses). The Planning Commission has recommended approval for all the changes. The City Council approved the changes for mixed-use and single-family districts at its September 8th meeting and the off-street parking and loading at its August 11th meeting. They are expected to approve the remaining changes at the October 13th meeting.
