On September 30th, the City Council held a public hearing to discuss the creation of the Downtown Lilburn Redevelopment Plan and TAD resolution. The City is purposing to create a TAD for the downtown area in hopes of redeveloping the area- Tax Allocation District Number One: Downtown Lilburn. Copies of the Plan can be obtained from City Hall.
