At its January 8th work session, the City Council discussed the possibility of extending the Highway 29 Overlay district to include portions of Killian Hill and Indian Trail. The matter came up at the request of one of the City Council members who was concerned about a recent development. The City took no action on the matter at the meeting. According to City staff, emotions where mixed on the issue and it may appear on the March agenda. The Council will continue to monitor the issue closely.
