John’s Creek Issues RFQ for Consultant on the John’s Creek Central Business District Redevelopment Plan. The City of John’s Creek’s seeks RFQ’s from experienced, integrated teams who specialize in the development of master planning documents. The City is exploring the possible development of approximately 720 acres of property for redevelopment. John’s Creek seeks consultants to help “develop an innovative strategy and detailed implementation plan that would focus on creating a new sub-market for North Atlanta that would create adequate tax revenue at the local level to provide necessary funding to meet future service demands for the entire community.

Additional information may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office at (678) 512-3233. RFQ’s shall be presented in a sealed opaque envelope with the RFQ number and name clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. The name of the company or firm submitting an RFQ response should also be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. SIX (6) ORIGINALS AND ONE (1) COPY OF THE RFQ ON CD MUST BE SUBMITTED. RFQ’s will not be accepted verbally or by fax or email. All offerors must comply with all general and special requirements of the RFQ information and instructions enclosed therein.
Sealed RFQ’s will be received no later than 10:00AM. on November 10, 2014 in the City of Johns Creek Purchasing Office, 12000 Findley Rd., Suite-400, Johns Creek, Georgia, 30097. RFQ’s received after the above time or in any other location other than the Purchasing Office will not be accepted. A non-mandatory Pre-Submittal Conference will be held on October 23, 2014 at 10:00 AM at City Hall, 12000 Findley Rd., Taylor Farms Conference Room, 3rd floor, Johns Creek, Georgia 30097.
