Gwinnett Village CID Board of Directors got a glimpse of the district’s proposed $8 million 2011 budget on November 11th. Gwinnett Village represents 550 commercial property owners, 5,000 businesses and 100,000 residents. The board is scheduled to approve the 2011 budget at its December meeting.
