On Monday, April 16th, Gwinnett’s Impact Fee Advisory Committee met for the final time to hear results of the Impact Fee Survey conducted in March at the committee request. The group adopted the final report and authorized its submittal to the BOC for its consideration. As previously reported the committee recommended impact fees for Fire/EMS services and future jail expansions. A copy of the report is below and includes the results of the public survey:
