County Planning Staff met with the Development Advisory Committee at is regular meeting on Wednesday, January 16th to discuss possible amendments to the County’s development regulations regarding stormwater management issues. The purpose of the changes are to address needed criteria for redevelopment sites within the County. Staff is attempting to set new standards that will enhance and further encourage redevelopment efforts in the County rather than hinder such sites. Below is a summary of what the county is proposing:
