On Tuesday, May 22nd, Gwinnett County BOC unanimously approved the proposed Zoning Ordinance amendment creating a Large Lot Residential Zoning Category. The ordinance was in response to Commissioner Beaudreau’s request for such a zoning category at the BOC’s January retreat. The ordinance proposes a residential category that would allow for minimum 32,000 sq.ft./per family lot sizes. A copy of the amendments are below:
