On Wednesday, December 7, the Fulton County Board of Commissioners approved a resolution to establish the Fulton County Division of Economic Development. The resolution, sponsored by Chairman John Eaves, Commissioners Joan Garner and Liz Hausmann includes the development of an administrative structure and proposes an initial annual operating budget of $750,000 for FY2012. The Division will be responsible for coordinating all services and activities associated with Fulton County policy and economic development initiatives.
