The City of Fayetteville Planning Department recommended an amendment to its Zoning Ordinance that would allow the Planning Commission to grant a variance from the stipulation that a secondary means of vehicular ingress and egress to and from buildings in the MO district must be provided. City Council gave its approval on June 1st.
