On Tuesday, March 6th the Eurharlee City Council voted to approve a moratorium on residential subdivisions, which goes into effect immediately. It will be in force a little over three months ending June 5th. The moratorium will prevent anyone from submitting a new plat or other type of application (except re-zonings) for residential subdivisions. It will not affect previously approved or submitted projects.
