The City Council held a first hearing on a proposed resolution requesting USFWS to perform an EIS before the approval of the Etowah HCP. USFWS has completed an EA for the Etowah HCP, but the City Council is concerned with the economic impact to Woodstock, more than just general statements for the entire basin.
