The Department of Natural Resources voted unanimously to approve changes to Rule 391-3-6-.07 on Wednesday, January 26th. The rule changes will allow for more flexibility in regards to interbasin transfers and decrease the state’s dependency on reservoirs. The Council was present at the meeting and made public comments in support of the rule change prior to the vote. We appreciate the approval of this rule change and all the hard work of the DNR Board during this process.
