On Monday, April 9th, the Emerson City Council voted to adopted several MNGWPD ordinances involving separate taps, irrigation systems, meters, and conservation subdivisions. The recommendations for adoption came as part of the City’s annual audit for long-range plans, sewage procedures, water conservation and supply concerns.
