Development Regulation Updates

On September 16th, the Sandy Springs City Council adopted all of the proposed revised Development Regulations, except for the residential driveway standards. The Development Regulations include:

  • Subdivision regulations
  • Sidewalk standards
  • Utility crossing rules
  • 180 day expiration clause for land disturbance permits
  • Well and septic tank regulations
  • Addressing rules
  • Tiered retaining wall regulations
