On September 16th, the Sandy Springs City Council adopted all of the proposed revised Development Regulations, except for the residential driveway standards. The Development Regulations include:
- Subdivision regulations
- Sidewalk standards
- Utility crossing rules
- 180 day expiration clause for land disturbance permits
- Well and septic tank regulations
- Addressing rules
- Tiered retaining wall regulations
