County Zoning Ordinance Amendments

Planning staff has recommended amendments to the allowed uses in the Community Commercial (C-C), Highway-Commercial (C-H), and Office-Institutional (O-I) zoning districts.  The amendments pertain to the types of restaurants allowed in these districts.  The Planning Commission discussed the proposed changes at its November 16th work session and agreed further discussion is needed at a future meeting.
