County Likely to Increase Impact Fees

Forsyth County may very well increase it impact fees after the first of the year.  County staff has been working for over a year now to update the County’s Fee Schedule and made a presentation to the BOC at its November regular meeting.  In addition, County staff attended an all day Impact Fee workshop in December held at the Atlanta Regional Commission to learn more about Impact Fees and DIFA.
