County Commissioners held there final public hearing and vote on the proposed Tree Ordinance Revisions including those that would provide certain exemptions to large-scale commercial projects that meet the states Developments of Regional Impact (DRI) criteria at its regular meeting on December 7th. The measure was adopted unanimously. A copy of the changes are below:
