The Forsyth County BOC unanimously adopted a new overlay district for the Castleberry-Bethelview Road area at its January 4th regular meeting. The ordinance affects a 1/2-mile radius surrounding the Castleberry-Bethelview intersection. The overlay establishes a variety of new development regulations for the area including design guidelines and prohibitions on certain land uses.
