The American Council of Engineering Companies of Georgia, or ACEC Georgia held their annual P3 conference at the Atlanta Convention Center Tuesday. Several Council for Quality Growth board members, including Dan Sherman of DH Sherman, LLC, Tim Lowe, Chairman, World Congress Center Authority, and Chris Owens, President of Lowe Engineers and ACEC President & CEO Michael Sullivan participated on discussion panels throughout the conference.
Topics of discussion panels included the strengths of public/private partnerships, outsourcing of government services, the status of P3 projects around the state, the Ohio River Bridges project, and many more.
