Council Co-Hosts Reception to Welcome Atlanta BeltLine President and CEO Paul Morris with Atlanta BeltLine and the Georgia Brownfield Association

On September 18, the Council for Quality Growth, Atlanta BeltLine, and the Georgia Brownfield Association, Co-hosted an event welcoming newly elected President and CEO of the Atlanta BeltLine, Paul Morris. Morris comes from North Carolina, where he was the Deputy Secretary of Transit for the North Carolina Department of Transportation.

 

Nearly a hundred people attended the reception at Trees Atlanta and it was a great mix of businesses and developers throughout the community, all excited to hear what he had planned for the Atlanta BeltLine. Morris talked about how thrilled he was to be in Atlanta and his many goals for the Metro Region.

 

The Atlanta BeltLine has been a staple in the metro region since its conception in 1999 and bringing Paul on board is only going to bring about more success in the region. The Council for Quality Growth, a longtime supporter of the BeltLine Project looks forward to working with Paul Morris  and supporting the future efforts of the BeltLine.
