City of Smyrna – Building Permit Fees

On May 4^th, the Smyrna City Council voted to approve a new fee schedule for building permits. Mechanical permits will increase from $25.00 to $50.00 and the minimum prices of a building permit will increase from $35.00 to $100.00 for all construction projects valued under $34,000.
