Roswell is considering increasing the transportation impact fees. The impact fees for public safety and parks will remain the same. According to staff, the City is considering doubling the current transportation impact fee for both commercial and residential properties to cover increasing project costs and shortfalls in the budget. The total impact fee for a single family detached will increase from $2057.56 to $2237.10. The impact fee proposal will go back to the Planning Commission in December.
