Charlotte Nash was sworn in as the new Chair of the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners on Monday, March 28th. Hundreds of people were in attendance to watch the acting Chair, Shirley Lasseter, hand the gavel over to Mrs. Nash at the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center Auditorium. Nash stated, “It’s an important time in Gwinnett County’s history, and I pledge to each of you that I’m going to do my best to do what’s right for Gwinnett County.” Nash is the former Gwinnett County Administrator and won the March 15th special election to fill the unexpired term of former Chairman Charles Bannister
