State Transportation Board Member Brandon Beach was named Chairman of the Board’s Public Private Partnership (P3) Committee on April 20th. Board Chairman Rudy Bowen appointed Beach to replace David Doss whose Board term ended this month. Mr. Beach is President and CEO of the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce. The P3 Committee is tasked with securing and guiding private sector investment for major transportation projects in Georgia.
